General Information
According to current regulations (EU Directive 2011/83 on consumer rights), the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services when a specific date or period is agreed upon.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation with full refund.
- 13 to 7 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total amount.
- Within 6 days before arrival or in case of no-show: no refund.
How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel a booking, please send an email to info@anticoborgomonregale.it including:
- Guest’s full name
- Booking date
- Booking number
